You can change the frequency, add or cancel products, pause or cancel
your regular subscriptions after 2 orders been placed through the
Customer Portal. On all repeat orders you will qualify for certain discount shown on the product page.

The product price may vary based on the start or end of promotions. Similarly, the subscription base price may adjust in alignment with changes to the product price.You will receive a notification email one day prior to the billing date. Please review the price and date of your order carefully.

In rare cases of supplier issues, some subscription products may be out of stock at the time you place your order. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately upon placing the order.

On PETS VILLA checkout page, you'll see a delivery estimate. Delivery is when we expect the item(s) to be delivered to your door after dispatch. Currently, we aim to dispatch your item(s) within 2 working days after receiving your order.*

* For item(s) with a length over 1 metre or weight above 30kg, we will dispatch the order within 7 working days.
