Pre-groom brush, 

Two warm water baths and conditioning,

Blow dry,

After-groom brush,

Ears & eyes cleaning,

Under-paw fur shaving, nail clip & trimming.

*No Hair Cut or Style. No de-matting.

De-matting: Please inform us if the coat condition of your dog is matted or tangled that requires extra care before grooming. There may be an extra charge for this service (£16/15 mins). The actual charge will be based on observation of the dog, and our groomer will discuss with you about the price or any alternative solutions on the day of visit. The time associated with the booking sessions is for reference only. We may give you a call to discuss after receiving your booking.

Hand Stripping & Hand Scissoring: The process of hand-stripping involves removing the dead hairs from the top coat by pulling them out from the roots rather than simply trimming them down. Some of the breeds that have a coat that requires hand stripping include (but are not limited to): Cairn Terrier, Jack Russel Terrier, Schnauzer. We will charge an additional £26 hand stripping fee on top of the standard grooming charge if you require the dog to be hand stripped rather than normal clipping/trimming. We will also charge an additional £26 hand scissoring fee on top of the standard grooming charge if a hand scissoring service is required.

DeShedding: DeShedding is the process of removing hair from your pet’s undercoat which may not be effectively removed with brushing or combing, as these focus primarily on removing hair and debris from the top layer of fur. That’s why deShedding can actually help reduce the amount of fur your pet sheds around your home. Our charge for DeShedding is £16/service.
